IPPT today

As the title implies, here's my IPPT results:

Total: 14 points
Result: FAIL.

I need at least a D for all stations and a total of at least 12 points to pass. D for 2.4km is 11:41-12:20 min. I missed by 25seconds. DANG...

I did the IPPT @ Maju camp. They've switched to electronic score recording.. then again i think the whole army has made the switch. Ah well, I'll be back again soon with more updates on my progress. I refuse to accept failure! RAWR!!!

i book this sat for next attempt.. i think given my current fitness, can de. just need to keep trying ^_^
haha i'm not fast.. i just have good turning technique XP the guy b4 me did 8.9s lor.. so scary ha

hmm..train abit more get gold la!! haha..try to take long deep breaths when u run..it's supposed to be better somehow haha..or try climbing up stairs everyday =p then won't be so tough on the test day

yalor, train abit. go run on treadmill. wich i hate. but then agn, wat exercise i like? none! i gave up my yoga. it is bad for my hands.

lol i HATE gym.. especially the treadmill ha. i find the idea of running on the spot stupid. i can do that at home, why should i do that with a machine and pay $$ for it?? =p
but yeah.. i need to exercise haha.. mayb i'll do a few laps around the track.. or up n down brickland road aka choa chu kang park connector (with bt gombak n xiao guilin)
huh? why u give up yoga? how is it bad for your hands? alamak.. how can you still be zen.. without yoga?? :(

yoga will flex the wrists mah. it is bad for my soon to become carpal tunnel hands.haiz. ever since i visited dr ambrose, i thought i shall nt injure my hands more.
